Elemental store terms

• Seller: this store is run by the band Elemental, based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
• Prices and currency: all prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates only.
• Product images: colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed product. Print placement can vary by a few millimetres between pieces.
• Limited runs: some designs are made in small, limited batches and may not be restocked.
• Pre-orders: when an item is marked as a pre-order, the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. If it slips, we will email you and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Artwork: all Elemental logos, artwork and designs belong to the band and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
