Where we ship

We ship from Bhopal, India, to India and to the countries shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, email us and we will see what we can do.

When your order leaves us

We pack and dispatch orders within 2–4 working days [CHECK] (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During new releases or tours this can take a little longer; we will email you if there's a delay.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Delivery times start from the day we dispatch your order.

All prices on our store are charged in Indian rupees (INR). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates; your bank converts the final amount.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Our parcels travel with trusted courier partners through Shiprocket.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside India may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are paid by you, usually to the courier on delivery. If a parcel is refused because of these charges, we can't refund the shipping cost.

Address and delivery problems

Please check your address and phone number before you pay. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address. If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your parcel says delivered but you don't have it, email orders@elementalindia.com with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
